Disciplinary and Grievance

It is absolutely essential to have correct disciplinary and grievance procedures in place so that there is a clear and transparent framework with which to deal with issues that may arise within the employer-employee relationship.

Company Handbooks and Policies

It is a legal requirement that you manage your staff in line with the country’s employment legislation. A Company Handbook is a very useful tool that supports the Employment Contract and that also spells out the requirements of employees and shows how they relate to and differ from the requirements of the employer.

Employment Contracts

Employment law requires that a written employment contract is given to all employees within two months of their start-date. Employment contracts set out the individual terms of agreement with each individual member of staff and although there is usually a good deal of overlap from one contract to the next, it’s also highly likely that you need something more than standard contract templates.
