What is Organisation Design?

Organisational Design is a process which follows a series of steps to identify where processes, procedures or workflows are ineffective within an organisation. The process identifies key areas where improvements can be made to improve efficiency and productivity both in the people and on the technical elements of your business.

Primarily these methods can help you improve in the following key areas:
