Company Handbooks and Policies

It is a legal requirement that you manage your staff in line with the country’s employment legislation. A Company Handbook is a very useful tool that supports the Employment Contract and that also spells out the requirements of employees and shows how they relate to and differ from the requirements of the employer.

Employment Contracts

Employment law requires that a written employment contract is given to all employees within two months of their start-date.
